Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Accord Design Company by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the design and solar industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

  • Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase Accord's services.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and market trends to help refine targeting strategies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar role, preferably in the design or solar industries.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
