Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Accord Design Company by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the design and solar industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.
Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase Accord's services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and market trends to help refine targeting strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar role, preferably in the design or solar industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
